W.two was born in the streets of Notting Hill by sisters & co-founders Lia & Georgia. Their love of timeless fashion, London life and summers spent swimming in the Mediterranean Sea inspired them to create a curated collection of pieces that are versatile and effortlessly chic. Pieces that take you from beach to city and everything in between. Using premium fabrics and unique silhouettes, a W.two garment will make you unforgettable. Think soft linens floating in the Mykonos breeze, tailored waistlines under structured trench coats and neutral tones inspired by land & sea.

Our Core Values

Sustainability. We believe in chic fashion that doesn’t cost the earth. We create pieces which can be worn again and again, season after season, both day and night – true wardrobe staples that look great with trainers or mules and won’t get worn once before they’re relegated to the back of your wardrobe leaving you to go looking for another purchase to replace it. W.two is high quality, long lasting, classic silhouettes. We’re not trend based because trends change. 

Empowerment. That feeling when your underwear matches – we all know it. You walk that little taller, you feel put together. When you’re dressed good, you feel good. That feeling shouldn’t be reserved for nights out or business meetings. We believe even wardrobe staples should provide the feeling of being considered and feeling great. A capsule wardrobe should contain all the ingredients to mix & match and still look, and feel amazing. 

Equality. Our designs can be worn by all women in all sizes, in every walk of life. We believe clothing should be inclusive and make women feel and look great – that’s why we create true wearable pieces that will function with you for a range of purposes, dress them up or dress them down

Slow Fashion

At W.two we are conscious of waste and want to encourage a waste less world. Because we pride ourselves on minimising waste we ensure that any off cuts of our fabrics are used to make useful and beautiful things. Where we can repurpose waste means you may find a surprise in your order of our waste less accessories.

How We Manufacture

We are partnered with an ethically run garment factory based in Bali Indonesia and prides itself on producing high quality garments, The Factory works as a Factory Family, which we love and identify with as well as having the same values and ways of working that we do at W.two, empowering women, Equality and Sustainability.

What is your shipping policy within Australia?

Items shipped within Australia

Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post. We offer two types of services within Australia: 

Standard Shipping

Delivery by 2–4 days to all metro areas. Other locations and /or more remote will likely be delivered within 5–7 business days.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders above $300 AUD.

All of our orders are shipped with tracking. Once your item has been dispatched we will notify you via email or text message with your order tracking number. All our orders are tracked with shop app service. Please check your spam/junk mail folders for order confirmations and tracking information.  

What is your shipping policy outside of Australia?

International shipping is available. Upon checkout your international shipping cost will be based on your location. Usually these orders will take somewhere between 5-10 business days. 

Prices do not include overseas custom duties or taxes that may incur.

Please Note: The above delivery times are estimates only and W2 the Label Pty Ltd cannot be accountable for late deliveries. Please provide correct shipping/delivery information as we will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses or an address that is not recognised by Australia Post or other delivery providers. We are unable to redirect orders after items have been dispatched and we cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.

What is your returns policy?

At W.two, we pride ourselves on making sure you love and keep your piece and it becomes a special part of your wardrobe. 

However, we do understand that shopping online can sometimes be challenging. For that reason, we offer returns on our orders. Please note that due to the nature of our collections, some items are limited and we may not always be able to exchange as your favourite item colour and size may already be sold out. Therefore we do not accept exchanges. We will however be happy to offer a refund or credit note if you chose to return your item, provided your return it within 7 days of receiving it. 

Please note that once the wear and return tag has been removed the item can not be returned due to change of mind. Change of mind returns will not be accepted where this tag is removed.

How to make a return: To return an item and receive a refund for your purchase, all W.two pieces must be returned in their original, unworn condition with the original swing tags attached and carefully repackaged in the original protective packaging. We will not accept returns on items that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear. If the product is damaged, not in its original saleable condition or shows signs of wear, the product will be returned to the buyers at their own expense. To begin your return, please email info@w2thelabel.com with the subject line "Return".

Return Postage: Please note that postage to send an item back for a refund will be at the customer’s own expense. 

To request a return email info@w2thelabel.com. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, or a credit note will be issued and delivered via email.

Can I exchange my item?

Please note that due to the nature of our collections, some items are limited and we may not always be able to exchange as your favourite item colour and size may already be sold out. Therefore we do not accept exchanges. We will however be happy to offer a refund or credit note if you chose to return your item, provided your return it within 7 days of receiving it. 

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for orders placed for delivery within Australia over $300 AUD.

How do I care for my garments?

For garments you can love year after year, pay extra attention to the care instructions for this garment.

• Cool handwash or gentle machine wash.
• Wash colours separately, do not twist/wring.
• No tumble dry. Dry in shade to avoid fading.
• Use a cool iron on linen setting. Iron inside out.
• Drycleanable.
