Shipping to the USA

We have resumed shipping to the USA. Tariffs and duties do apply on some goods but we will let you know if this is going to impact your order in advance. Please see our refund policy for returns for International orders.

Currently we are pausing shipments to the USA until we have a clearer direction on Tariffs that will impact the customer. We will be back soon.

Shipping within Australia

Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post. We offer two types of services within Australia: 

Standard Shipping - $10-13 approximately

Delivery by 2 -4 days to all metro areas. Other locations and /or more remote will likely be delivered within 5-7 business days.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders above $100 AUD.

All of our orders are shipped with tracking. Once your item has been dispatched we will notify you via email or text message with your order tracking number. If notified via email, please check your spam/junk mail folders for order confirmations and tracking information.  

International Shipping

International shipping is available via our UK distribution team via Australia Post unless otherwise advised by our team. Within our UK operations we work with EVRI to ensure you get your parcel as soon as possible.

Upon checkout your international shipping cost will be based on your location. Usually these orders will take somewhere between 5-10 business days. 

Prices do not include overseas custom duties or taxes that may incur.

Please Note

The above delivery times are estimates only and W2 The Label Pty LTd cannot be accountable for late deliveries. Please provide correct shipping/delivery information as we will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses or an address that is not recognised by Australia Post or other carriers. We are unable to redirect orders after items have been dispatched and we cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.
