We offer, Free Returns Australia Wide. ( excluding promotional and sale items). Please read all the information below carefully.

International returns will require a return restocking fee.

At W.two, we pride ourselves on making sure you love and keep your piece and it becomes a special part of your wardrobe. 

However, we do understand that shopping online can sometimes be challenging. For that reason, we offer returns on our orders. Please note that due to the nature of our collections, some items are limited and we may not always be able to exchange as your favourite item colour and size may already be sold out. If you chose to return or exchange your item, it must be within 14 days of receiving it. 

Please note that once the wear and return tag has been removed the item can not be returned due to change of mind. Change of mind returns will not be accepted where this tag is removed.

How to make a return: To return an item and receive a refund for your purchase, all W.two pieces must be returned in their original, unworn condition with the original swing tags attached and carefully repackaged in the original protective packaging. We will not accept returns on items that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear. If the product is damaged, not in its original saleable condition or shows signs of wear, the product will be returned to the buyers at their own expense. To begin your return, please email info@w2thelabel.com with the subject line "Return".

Return Postage: We will cover your return postage. If you cannot use self serve returns in Shopify please request a return email info@w2thelabel.com 

After you have received your return postage label, please securely package your item in its original box and ensure the label is firmly affixed. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, or a credit note will be issued and delivered via email.
